Sometimes it's more fun to eat your smoothie with toppings. Make a green smoothie bowl. You can top it with whatever you like to make it your own.

Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar optional
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
Toppings
  • Chia Seeds
  • Granola
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Shaved coconut

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients into a blender in the following order: coconut water, pineapple chunks, kale, Greek yogurt, avocado, ginger, agave nectar (if using) and matcha powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into 2 bowls. Top with sliced bananas, granola,blueberries, shaved coconut, blueberries and chia seeds.
  3. Enjoy and feel the energy!!
