Sometimes it's more fun to eat your smoothie with toppings. Make a green smoothie bowl. You can top it with whatever you like to make it your own.

Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup kale
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ avocado
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar optional
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
Toppings
- Chia Seeds
- Granola
- Sliced Bananas
- Blueberries
- Shaved coconut
Instructions
- Put the ingredients into a blender in the following order: coconut water, pineapple chunks, kale, Greek yogurt, avocado, ginger, agave nectar (if using) and matcha powder.
- Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into 2 bowls. Top with sliced bananas, granola,blueberries, shaved coconut, blueberries and chia seeds.
- Enjoy and feel the energy!!
