Thyme Garlic Tomatoes
Roasted tomatoes are delicious on their own, but thyme garlic tomatoes are just one notch up! These tomatoes are made in the air fryer and are delicious in so many dishes - in pasta, on a sandwich or a crostini or even just in a little bowl.

Thyme Garlic Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 390º F.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds and any pithy parts with your fingers. Place the tomatoes in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and thyme.
- Transfer the tomatoes to the air fryer, cut side up. Air-fry for 15 minutes at 390º F. The edges should just start to brown. Let the tomatoes cool to an edible temperature for a few minutes and then use in pastas, on top of crostini, or as an accompaniment to any poultry, meat or fish.
