This lemon dill buttermilk dressing was originally created to cool the heat of Nashville Hot Chicken, but it's a lovely light dressing for greens as well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine buttermilk, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lemon zest and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
Stir in fresh the chopped fresh dill and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serve over greens or as a cooling sauce for spicy Nashville Hot Chicken.

I made the Dill Cauliflower Salad for the 4th of July Party and everyone LOVED it.
Needs to be thicker. Maybe add a touch of garlic for more flavor.
