Avocado Crema

Ingredients

  • ½ clove garlic
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  1. 1. To make in a chopper: Add the garlic clove to the chopper to mince. Add the avocado, sour cream and spices to the chopper and pulse until smooth. Season to taste with the lime juice, salt and thin with warm water to desired consistencey.

  2. 2. To make in a bowl: Mince the garlic with a knife. Mash the avocado really well in a large bowl with a fork. Add the avocado, sour cream and spices to the bowl and stir vigorously until smooth. Season to taste with the lime juice, salt and thin with warm water to desired consistencey.
