Herbed Sourdough Croutons
Homemade herbed sourdough croutons are so superior to store bought croutons and a great way to use up leftover bread. Plus, you can make just as much as you need for any particular meal. Just remember to add a few so you can snack on some while you make the rest of dinner!

Herbed Sourdough Croutons

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed sourdough bread 1-inch cubes (about 8 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and taste to make sure it is seasoned to your liking.
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 400ºF for 2 minutes.
- Toss the bread cubes into the air fryer and air-fry for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice while they cook.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
