You can't properly enjoy a Greek dinner without a little Tzatziki to go alongside. This simple, no-bake, throw together sauce is super easy. Your only decision is how much garlic you want to add - a little goes a long way!

about ½ to ¾ of a cucumber

Place the grated cucumber on a clean kitchen towel and twist to squeeze the out the excess liquid. Combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill and parsley in a bowl and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Chill the tzatziki sauce until you are ready to serve.

Serve with chicken souvlaki, fresh vegetables or pita bread.
