Ingredients
1poundmaple smoked bacon
¼cupmaple syrup
¼cupbrown sugar
coarse freshly cracked black peppercorns
Instructions
Cut the bacon strips in half and tie each half in a loose knot. Place on baking sheet.
Combine the maple syrup and brown sugar in a bowl. Brush each knot generously with this mixture and sprinkle generously with freshly cracked black pepper.
Pre-heat the air fryer to 390ºF.
Air-fry the bacon knots in batches Place one layer of knots in the air fryer basket and air-fry for 5 minutes. Turn the bacon knots over and air-fry for an additional 2 minutes. (Cook an additional 1-2 minutes if using thick cut bacon.)
Serve warm.
