Combine the all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients together with your hands until everything is just combined – careful not to over-mix. Roll the mixture into 18 (2-inch) meatballs.
Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
Pre-heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil to the pan and brown the meatballs on all sides. Finish cooking the meatballs in your favorite marinara sauce OR transfer the skillet to a 375ºF oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve as part of another recipe or simply on their own with a dipping sauce.
