This quick and delicious ginger sesame dressing is perfect over any combination of raw or cooked vegetables where you'd like an Asian flavor.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • OR
  • ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • ½ clove garlic grated or very finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated or very finely minced
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
Instructions
  1. If you are using regular rice wine vinegar (as opposed to seasoned rice vinegar), start by combining the vinegar and sugar in a bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Otherwise, start with the seasoned rice vinegar, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
