Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool a few minutes in the pan and then cool on a cooling rack. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.
To make ahead: The Wonton Cups can be filled with the chicken filling up to an hour before serving. Bake at 350ºF for about 5 to 7 minutes to heat them up. Dollop with the duck sauce and garnish with scallions before serving.
