Combine the sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, vanilla extract, espresso powder and chocolate sauce in a blender jar. Blend on high until smooth and well combined.

Add the heavy cream and blend on low speed for 30 seconds to incorporate the cream into the mixture without adding too much air.

Transfer your homemade Irish cream to a quart bottle or jar and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve over ice or in coffee. Store refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
