Transfer the artichoke hearts to the air fryer basket and toss any leftover breadcrumbs on top. Air-fry for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are nicely browned and the artichoke hearts are tender to a knife point, turning the artichokes over halfway through the cooking time.
While the artichokes are air-frying, make the lemon mayo by combining all the ingredients and stirring well.
