If you have tortillas, you can have your own warm homemade air fryer tortilla chips in no time. These will take your salsas to the next level.

Ingredients
  • 10 10-inch corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp coarse, Kosher or flaky salt
Instructions
  1. Brush the tortillas with the vegetable oil on both sides.

  2. Stack the oiled tortillas into a pile and cut them into wedges by cutting them either into 6 or 8 triangular chips.

  3. Working in batches, transfer some of the oiled tortilla wedges to the air fryer basket in one layer. The chips can over lap on each other a little, but don't over-crowd the basket. Season with salt.

  4. Air-fry at 380ºF for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice during the cooking process.

  5. Store in an airtight container until serving. Chips will be best the day they are made.
