Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets 1½-inch thick
  • olive oil
  • salt and coarse ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 380ºF.
  2. Rub the salmon filets on both sides with olive oil and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place the salmon fillets, skin side down inside the basket or tray.

  3. Air-fry the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes. The fillets should feel firm to the touch when cooked through.
  4. Carefully transfer the fish to a plate and squeeze fresh lemon over the salmon filets, or top with your favorite sauce. Serve immediately.
