Sometimes you just want something simple and this air-fried chicken breast is just that. It's an easy, quick fix chicken dinner that delivers a tasty and moist chicken breast in just over 10 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, thyme, oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or zipper sealable plastic bag or non-reactive bowl and add the marinade. Pierce the chicken several times with a fork and lightly massage the chicken breasts in the bag (or bowl) to coat all sides of the chicken. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or as long as overnight.

  2. Pre-heat the air fryer to 380°F.

  3. Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to the air fryer basket and air-fry at 380ºF for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the chicken over halfway through the cooking process.
