Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, thyme, oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or zipper sealable plastic bag or non-reactive bowl and add the marinade. Pierce the chicken several times with a fork and lightly massage the chicken breasts in the bag (or bowl) to coat all sides of the chicken. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or as long as overnight.
Pre-heat the air fryer to 380°F.
Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to the air fryer basket and air-fry at 380ºF for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the chicken over halfway through the cooking process.
